A quick jaunt to New York never disappoints when looking to "tune the creative antennae", and my recent trip was invigorating!
So much to see and do -- caught Hamlet starring Jude Law (it was great), dined at fab restaurants (sophisticated s'mores, anyone?), walked the streets of the New Amsterdam colony, and surveyed the city's typographic landscape. In the Big Apple you'll find everything from punk-inspired hand-drawn letterforms to sophisticated Art Deco type -- as diverse as the people who live and work there.
And speaking of keeping tuned-in, when was the last time you had to sit through an endless PowerPoint presentation? No one signs up to give a bad presenation, but we've all experienced them. Presentations are some of the highest-profile communications that an organization produces, and since most are presented by company leadership, it's a must to put your best foot forward. Studio Pragmatik has developed presentations for Fortune 500 companies and professional consultancies. As a public service, we've put together five big ideas to remember when presenting.
Have a great day -- and keep the antennae tuned!
Cheers,
