Studio Pragmatik developed and designed this brochure showcasing the new NC State Fairgrounds' Master Plan design for stakeholders including legislators, area businesses and neighbors. The fairgrounds property has been in use since 1853, and the design celebrates it as "A Great Place to Be — It's where North Carolina connects, discovers and succeeds."
